This Sunday celebrates the final revelation from the events  marked during the period of the Incarnation, Passion, Resurrection, Ascension, and the Coming of the Holy Spirit.  That is, we now celebrate God's revelation through Jesus Christ that God is a trinity of three persons but only one God: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  During the Sundays after Trinity, the liturgical color is green, marking our growth in the Christian life and discipline because we have received the revelations of the past six months.
